We are looking for a Client Executive / Key Account Manager fluent in German or English (f/m) in full-time for our office in Berlin.

What you will do:

  • Build and manage a portfolio of 200+ innovative tech companies in Berlin and other German cities
  • Develop and nurture the relationship with clients through excellent service and quality insights
  • Educate and guide clients on how to hire tech people successfully on talent.io
  • Initiate ideas and projects focus on business development that reinforce your success 
  • Reinforce and promote the talent.io brand through participating and organising community events

What we are looking for:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in tech recruiting preferred agency or in-house with focus on client relations
  • Fluent in German or English, another language is an advantage (e.g. Spanish, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and strong motivation to learn & understand
  • Curiosity around the digital landscape and technology

Recruitment Process:

  • Step 1: A 'get to know' call 
  • Step 2: An interview with Ivo, Country Manager Germany, and a senior team member in Berlin
  • Step 3: A reference check with two of your former managers or colleagues
  • Step 4: A call with one of the founders
